XYZ Reality has released the next iteration of its platform, which unifies real-time data management, visualisation tools and automated reporting in a single interface.
According to XYZ Reality, the key enhancements are:
- 4D integration – progress tracking, quality control, and 360-degree site captures are now linked directly to a 4D BIM model, enabling precise, location-based insights;
- data capture – the platform tracks up to 95% of all construction activities, including intricate details such as cable installations and system components, ensuring an “unparalleled level” of project visibility;
- dynamic status updates – installation statuses automatically adjust based on real-time data, providing a live reflection of onsite activities;
- enhanced reporting and dashboards – users can access and analyse quality metrics, planned versus actual progress, the construction schedule and installation timelines – all within a single view;
- 360-degree capture and validation – full support for 360-degree images allows users to compare progress over time and view field captures directly on the BIM model;
- improved speed and accuracy – instant loading of complex models and a streamlined user interface ensure “effortless data access” from any browser; and
- mobile compatibility – the platform now supports mobile data collection, making it easier for teams to update progress and conduct quality assessments in the field.
Brian Mattson, strategic adviser at XYZ Reality, said: “If this platform had existed years ago, it would have saved countless projects from delays and costly rework. The level of visibility and real-time insight XYZ Reality now provides is a gamechanger for mission-critical construction teams and advanced technology worldwide.”
