The Women in BIM (WIB) mentor scheme is open again for applications.
The mentor scheme is now in its sixth year. It was originally developed to support women in construction and infrastructure roles globally, allowing WIB to nurture skills and offer support and guidance to help elevate their careers.
WIB said: “With the launch of the WIB Mentor Scheme 2025, we will strive to provide the structures needed to lead more professionals in the exciting and growing world of digital construction and engineering.
“Every day presents a new opportunity to shape the direction of your future, and by joining the WIB Mentor Scheme you will be supported in both professional and personal growth to advance your knowledge, skills and career.”
WIB welcomes anyone with a professional background in BIM or digital construction and of any gender to join the programme as a mentor. Women and people of minority genders with a desire to develop further in BIM and digital construction are welcome to apply to be mentees.
Applications close at the end of March.
