Sage, the well-known accounting software supplier, has launched the UK version of a cloud-native financial management and operations platform specifically for construction.
The software package, known as Sage Intacct Construction, has already been active in the US, Canada and Australia and is now available in the UK.
Sage Intacct Construction enables developers, contractors, housebuilders and specialist contractors to:
- manage detailed job costing, revenue recognition, and retention billing;
- integrate job costing with project management tools such as Sage Construction Management;
- proactively manage critical financial and operational metrics, such as operating cashflow and cash balance, project revenue and costs;
- improve cashflow and financial visibility; and
- minimise admin time.
Sage claims US users of Intacct Construction have gained up to 40% in work efficiency on automation of accounts payable/accounts received processes and reduced the average month-end close time by 25%-50%.
