Serving up a Christmas meal for relatives and friends can be daunting, but what if you had to cook for 30,000?

It’s a challenge Café Nero co-founder Antonio Motisi knows well. He’s on the board of Bon Appetit, a UK construction site catering specialist who fed the workforce on the London Olympic stadium build.

In the December episode of the 21CC podcast, he tells Justin Stanton about the logistical challenge of serving up 30,000 Christmas lunches on UK sites this year.
