Costain has launched a digital services hub, pulling all of its “digital capability” under one umbrella.
The hub can be found at www.costain.com/digital hub and highlights Costain’s three core service lines: digital advisory; digital products: and services; and digital integration.
Nathan Marsh, appointed as Costain’s first chief digital officer late last year, said: "We’re transforming the sector through two lenses: first, by accelerating our own journey to being ‘digital by default’, using technology to greatest effect across our services and operations; and second, by working closely with our clients and expanding network of technology partners to collectively be ‘digital by default’.
"This new online hub is part of helping our clients, partners and supply chain understand how we can work together to digitise at pace and realise the full potential of infrastructure investment: an engagement space where you can meet our experts, hear different and hopefully challenging views and leave something for us to work and think on – we are all focussed on a shared endeavour for better, greener and faster delivery of infrastructure."
Marsh added: "We recognise digitisation is a means to an end – our digital tools, the use of data, the role of code and autonomous systems must serve a common purpose, and for us that remains our purpose – improving people’s lives.
"Driving the digital transformation at pace across the lifecycle of infrastructure is critical to realising its full value to UK society and its ability to improve people’s lives – not just in terms of job creation and productivity but also in terms of building better resilience for our economy, the environment and our communities."
