Buildots raises $15m investment
AI construction software company Buildots has secured $15m investment to fuel strategic growth.
The investment is being led by Intel Capital with participation from OG Tech Partners and previous investors. Intel Capital investment director Lisa Cohen also joins as board observer. Cohen said: “As we invest in a resilient global supply chain for semiconductors, Intel undertakes some of the largest and most complex construction projects in the world.
“That first-hand experience is why we see so much potential for AI technology to revolutionise construction process management and drive new efficiencies.”
Landsec launches optimised smart building app
UK commercial real estate firm Landsec is launching an app across its London workspace portfolio, providing digital access control for the workforce.
The Landsec Experience app uses Smart Space’s smart building OS and will also offer a range of personalised experiences, events and discounts. Landsec customers can also use it to access its Myo brand to book meeting rooms and venues.
Two-way customer feedback will help Landsec improve its service.
Revizto announces Summit Partners support
Investment from global growth equity investor Summit Partners will help Revizto continue its expansion, product development, and global growth.
Revizto produces a user-friendly, cloud-based platform for architects, engineers, contractors and owners to collaborate in a 3D and 2D environment speed up project delivery, reduce rework, and cut costs.
The platform is designed to be accessible to all project team members, regardless of technical skills or location.
